The radical internal remodelling and full subterranean excavation boasts an impressive 3000sqft of living space spanning across four floors was done in collaboration with Kaap Studio. The 900 sqft was distributed between a playroom, two study areas, a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom, a storage/laundry area and a displayed/ designed walk- in wine fridge with a ceiling height of 3m. Generous rear and back extensions and their perimeters allows for a large light wells to be formed around the front and rear windows to flood basement rooms with natural light. The house also undertook a full renovation which included a further extension in the kitchen, a walk in cloakroom and a new reconfiguration of the second floor. The master bedroom also got to enjoy a dressing room with direct access.
