The major works involves a full renovation project for a three- story Victorian townhouse including fit-out of an existing cave into a study room. The unused attic space above the first floor rear bedroom got converted into a full ceiling height library. A new bespoke kitchen was designed to maximize the space to the family with stone worktops and state of the art appliances. The rear elevation was redesigned with large glass panels to celebrate the light which includes two sliding panels. The floor was lowered in the area to meet the outside level and to gain head space. A light oak herringbone floor was used throughout the entire property to bring in the freshness of the Scandinavian style.
