This unmodernised flat has now been completed where the team reinstated the original size of the front drawing room and traditional corniches in the ceilings. The new floor plan included an open plan kitchen, new sitting area, a study room and a master bedroom and lastly a brand new bathroom all cladded with venetian plater. The bedroom has now got a juliet balcony door to let in fresh air and moreover plenty of extra light into the space. A full planning application was successfully obtained for this exercise. All windows, including the bay window in the front, has been upgraded as well as new insulated timber floor boards with extra sound proof membrane.

All materials and finishes has been carefully chosen for the client as well as the bespoke joinery in both the bedrooms and the bathrooms. All furniture's has also been selected by the architects.
